Our Policy.

1. Appointment Deposit & Cancellation

  • Required Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. This deposit is fully applied to your final service cost.
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the $20 deposit will be forfeited.If we must cancel or reschedule due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be credited toward your next booking, or fully refunded upon request.
  • No-Show Policy: If we arrive at the scheduled location and you are not present, or we cannot access the vehicle, the $20 deposit will be forfeited.


2. Service Guarantee & Claims

  • Quality Guarantee: We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service provided, you must notify the detailing technician before they leave the premises. We will correct any issues identified on the spot.
  • Post-Service Claims: Claims of dissatisfaction made more than 24 hours after the service completion will be reviewed but may not qualify for a correction or refund, as we cannot guarantee the vehicle's environment after we leave.


3. Mobile Service Requirements

  • Vehicle Preparation: Please remove all personal belongings, trash, and valuables from the vehicle prior to our arrival. While we do basic trash removal, our technicians are not responsible for locating or documenting misplaced personal items.
  • Mandatory Site Access: As a mobile detailing service, we rely on the customer to provide access to necessary utilities to complete the service. By booking, you agree to ensure the following are available at the service location:Access to a working outdoor water spigot.Access to a working standard 120V electrical outlet (power source).
  • Utility Connection: Both the water spigot and electrical outlet must be accessible within 100 feet of where the vehicle is parked, allowing us to safely connect our equipment.
  • Service Impact: Failure to provide safe, accessible water and power at the time of the appointment may result in the service being delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled, resulting in the forfeiture of the $20 deposit.
